Unlike in a face-to-face meeting, where you can take a seat in a comfortable armchair in my coaching room and we conduct the conversation in one room, with the online format you can choose a place at home or a location of your choice so that you can have a concentrated conversation for the agreed period of time. We will make an appointment in advance by mail or phone and I will then send you a free invitation link. All you have to do is follow the link, then enter a virtual waiting room and we will be connected via video call at the agreed time. All you need is your Internet access and webcam. I myself can provide you with a ZOOM link. If you prefer another platform, you can send me a link.
Regardless of whether we meet on my premises or online, confidentiality applies to the entire coaching process just as it does in
mediation or supervision. What is said remains in the room.
